Yesterday was the first day of school for us and let me tell you, it was pretty hectic. I have three boys in three different schools with three different bus stops. It was non-stop for three hours in the morning. And then, to top it all off, my youngest didn’t show up until an hour and a half AFTER they told me to be at the bus stop waiting for him to come home.
What with all the back to school homework that parents get (x3), I certainly didn’t feel like cooking supper! If I had planned better, I could have had one of these mouth watering crock pot recipes cooking all day and ready for us once the craziness ended.
You bet your boopie that’s what I’ll be doing for the rest of the week, and maybe next week, too!
Here are seven really delicious looking recipes that I plan on trying in the weeks to come in order to make our transition from summer back to school easier.
- Chicken Cacciatore Slow Cooker Recipe
- Fall Off The Bone Slow Cooker Ribs
- Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese
- Crock Pot Chicken Salad
- Easy Slow Cooker Saucy Chicken ‘N Cheese
- Crockpot Pizza Recipe
- Corned Beef and Cabbage with Potatoes
Do you have a favorite meal plan to help ease your back to school mommy brain syndrome? If so, leave it in the comments and I will definitely check it out!
All the best!
