There are two ways for you to optimize your lead generation – online and offline where our physical presence is needed. In this post, we will look at some ways to optimize your lead generation in both areas.
Providing a visual experience such as video for your online audience is a great way to communicate with them. We are living in a very visual time, where people are more likely to pay attention to videos than they are to text.
You can display visual content on a video platform such as YouTube, Facebook, or your web page that will captivate your audience.
In your video, you can include a call to action that invites them to subscribe to your mailing list. A link to your landing page can even be provided on the video itself.
Or you could have exclusive content where only subscribers to a membership site or Facebook group will have access. For them to subscribe, the viewer would have to give you their email address which you will then add to your mailing list.
This is a great way to increase your leads.
In a previous post, I mentioned several ways in which you can use Facebook to get more leads. If you missed it, you can check it out right here.
But, why stop only at your online influence?
There are a few ways to grow your leads offline. One of them is to attend speaking conferences. Your network can easily expand from these conferences if you play your cards right.
Or, even better, be one of the speakers! You can then present yourself to a large number of people at once. Give a good impression and your reach will be greatly widened. This won’t only grow your leads, it will also exponentially hone your public speaking skills and build your credentials.
Television and radio interviews are even better! Unlike conferences, they reach different kinds of demographics and connect you with people outside of your usual circle of influence. But, to reach the level of speaking for television or radio, you need to start in speaking conferences first.
These are just a few ideas on how to optimize your lead generation both online and offline. Don’t just stick to one way, but give them all a try! Start with your written and video lead generation techniques and as you become more comfortable with being able to convey your thoughts and feelings verbally, work up to speaking engagements.
